For Nursery & Class 3rd Admission:
Parents seeking admission for Nursery, LKG, UKG, and Grades 1-3 are required to complete an Application Form. An informal interaction with the section head, parents, and the child helps us understand each other better.
For Grade 4th to 8th:
A straightforward three-stage admission process is followed:
- Initial screening based on the Application Form.
- An Aptitude Screening to assess the child’s proficiency in different subjects.
- An interaction with the child and parents to gauge the child’s ability and enthusiasm for the Hongirana experience.
Application Form:
Parents can obtain the Application Form through the following methods:
- Collect it from the School Campus – Hongirana School of Excellence, Amatekoppa, Bhimanakone Post, Sagara Tq, Shimoga, by paying a fee of Rs.500/- in cash. Please retain the receipt for future reference.
- Download it from the School Website – www.hongirana.edu.in (Payment of Rs.500/- along with the Registration Fee is required at the School campus during the submission of the Application Form).
Admission Process Details:
For Nursery & Class 1st admission, submit:
- Original birth certificate
- Four passport-size photos
- Xerox copy of Aadhaar card (student, father, and mother)
- Caste and Income certificates
- Report of blood group
- Bank account details of the student
- Parent’s 10th marks card Xerox copy
For Class 2nd onwards admission, submit:
- Original transfer certificate from the previous school
- Xerox copy of the student’s birth certificate
- Marks card of the previous class
- Four passport-size photos
- Xerox copy of Aadhaar card (student, father, and mother)
- Caste and Income certificates
- Report of blood group
- Bank account details of the student
- Parent’s 10th marks card Xerox copy
For PU College admission, only 1st PUC in Science (PCMB and PCMCs):
Submit:
- Transfer certificate from the previous school
- Provisional Marks Card of SSLC or Class 10th
- Migration certificate (for CBSE and ICSE students)
- Two passport-size photos
- Xerox copy of Aadhaar card (student, father, and mother)
- Report of blood group
- Bank account details of the student
- Caste and Income certificates
