General Instructions

The School follows an open admission policy from Nursery to Class VIII and at I and II

PU levels and has no preference or reservation for any community, caste, creed, class,

religion or region.  It accepts students for Boarding only from Class IV onwards.

The school will reserve 25% seat for applicants under RTE guidelines.

Preference will be given to candidates applying to Classes Nursery, I, V, VI, VIII and I

PUC.

Issue of application forms will start from the last week of February.  Parents who desire

to enroll their children to Hongirana should complete the process before 15 March. The

application should reach the office before the applications for admission will be

processed.

Applications which are incomplete or unsatisfactory in any way may result in delay.

Decisions are made as applications are completed.  Hongirana  reserves the right to

refuse any candidate without giving its reasons for such action. The Management also

reserves the right to ask a student to leave at any time at the sole discretion of the

Principal.

To offer a place for the available seats, one interactive meeting between the candidate

and the HM of concerned section has been planned. Admission will be given to the

candidates who accepts  the philosophy of the institution, on first cum first serve

basis.  The provisional admission will be done in the last week of February and the

admission will be confirmed when the candidate produces the required official records

in April.
